Trump: We may attack Iran again “if it misbehaves”

US President Donald Trump said, at dawn on Sunday, that he had been informed of the broad outlines of an agreement with Iran, but that he was waiting for the precise wording, warning at the same time that the option of resuming attacks on the Islamic Republic was still possible if Tehran misbehaved.
A senior Iranian official said that an Iranian proposal that Trump has rejected so far includes opening the Strait of Hormuz and ending the US blockade of Iran, while postponing talks on the Iranian nuclear program until a later time.
When asked about the Iranian proposal before heading to Miami in West Palm Beach, Florida, Trump responded, saying: “Tell me about the idea of the agreement. They will give me the exact wording now.”
He added on social media that he cannot imagine that the proposals will be acceptable, stressing that Iran has not yet paid a large enough price for what it did.
In response to a question about the possibility of resuming attacks on Iran, Trump said: "I don't want to say that. I mean, I can't say that to a journalist. If they misbehave, if they do something bad, we'll see then. But it's a possibility that could happen."
